Our favorite bakery keeping us fueled while we make some repairs and repaint the living room. Same boring white, but I love it anyway. King Neptune loves his ladder throne. He sits and judges my painting progress.

Collecting pine sap for salve on my walks. I think I finally have enough to make a batch…. I wonder who this woodpecker is, I bet his beak is sticky!

February usually feels long, but this one has been okay. The to-do lists have been epic as of lately and I found that I blinked and we were at the end of the month this winter. I’m already thinking of spring and seeds and gardening but happy to stay in the quiet of this time of year a bit longer….
